The platform of Ydata e-services constitutes an extrovert system for the citizen, the Water Utilities and municipalities, that manages and offers water/sewage/teleheating services to their Citizen/Consumers.
Through Ydata e-services, citizens can benefit of the services being offered and automate/ digitalize some of the most important processes such as the e-bill issuance, reception by email, payment of bills, online information regarding their connection consumptions, full bill history but also the ability to perform a wide range of e-applications and report malfunctions regarding the network or explicitly for their connection.
In details:
The Ydata e-services offers the opportunity to citizens to watch their meters through an add meter process, which translates into just adding the unique Pin of their connection. This Pin, is being disclosed to citizens as a result of the information being printed on the bill received by regular mail.
The information being provided after the meter add process, include the visualization of connection information (address, owner, tenant, liable, status) as well as the meter readings in history, the ability to e-declare the consumption for a certain period in time, the visualization of their full bill history, the e-payment of the bills as well as the electronic version of each of the bills by downloading the pdf of the bill. They can also register e-applications for a wide range of categories (with the ability to attach images and supporting documentation) and get notifications for each change being made on the specific e-application.
